Print Turnaround & Production Policy

⚡ Fast Prints. Quality You Can Count On.

At Cali Mint Co., we know how important fast, reliable printing is to your business and projects! That's why we offer 24-hour print turnaround on qualifying DTF and UV DTF transfer orders, with same-day printing available at no additional rush fee.

24-Hour Print Turnaround

Qualifying DTF and UV DTF transfer orders are completed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and announced closures.

Turnaround begins once payment is complete, order details are finalized, and print-ready artwork has been received.

Our 24-hour turnaround applies to production only, not shipping or delivery time.

Same-Day Printing & Business Hours

Qualifying orders placed by the daily cutoff are typically ready for pickup by 6:00 PM or earlier.

Weekend & Holiday Turnaround

Cali Mint Co. is closed for regular production on Saturdays and Sundays, but our online store remains open 24/7!

Our 24-hour turnaround clock pauses Friday at 12:00 PM (noon) and resumes with regular production on Monday.

Here's how weekend orders are handled:

• Friday before noon: Qualifying orders are completed the same day, typically by 6:00 PM or earlier.

• Friday after noon through Monday at 10:00 AM: All qualifying orders are scheduled for Monday completion, typically by 6:00 PM or earlier.

• Monday after 10:00 AM: Orders follow our standard 24-hour turnaround schedule.

Announced holiday closures may extend these timelines. Orders affected by holiday closures will be scheduled according to our next available production day.

Please wait for your order-ready notification before arriving for pickup.

Artwork Requirements

To avoid production delays, please submit high-resolution, print-ready PNG artwork with a transparent background, properly sized for printing.

Artwork requiring corrections, additional design work, or customer approval may extend turnaround times. The production clock begins once all requirements are complete.

Production Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to meet our 24-hour turnaround, unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect production, including:

• Equipment malfunctions or printer downtime

• Printing errors or quality-control reprints

• Artwork issues or incomplete order information

• Supply interruptions

• Large-volume or specialty orders requiring additional production time

• Holidays or other unexpected operational disruptions

Orders requiring specialized production or unusually large quantities may receive a separately confirmed turnaround estimate.

If a delay occurs, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and provide an updated completion estimate.

Local Pickup & Shipping

Local Pickup: You'll receive an automatic notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving.

💚 A Little Favor from Our Print Team!

To help us maintain our fast turnaround times, we kindly ask that you wait until your 24-hour production window has passed before reaching out for an order status update.

Every minute spent answering order status inquiries is time away from printing! Rest assured, we're working hard behind the scenes, and you'll be notified as soon as your order is ready.

If your turnaround window has passed and you haven't received a notification, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're happy to help!

Shipping: Our 24-hour turnaround covers production only. Shipping and delivery times vary by carrier and selected shipping method.

Custom Apparel & Other Products

Our 24-hour turnaround applies specifically to qualifying DTF and UV DTF transfers.

Custom apparel, embroidery, personalized merchandise, and specialty products have separate production timelines based on order requirements and product availability.

Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
