SHOP POLICIES

Turn Around Times: Our family business is currently working hard as we grow to perfect our production times. Please allow up to 10 days for production turnaround plus shipping times. Although our production time can be as little as 1-2 days, it is really based on inventory if we have it on hand.

DTF Transfers TAT: Ones that are noted as RTS (Ready to send) will ship out within 1 business day of payment. All other DTF are 1-3 business days to ship out.

Shipping/Tracking: Shipping is at cost selected at checkout. Any order $100 or more ships for free! Be sure to finalize your order before hitting send as we do not do add on orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, nor do we have any control over shipping times. Please be sure to check your address to ensure it is being shipped to the correct location.

Local Pickup: Only available in San Diego, CA. We do not have a storefront. If selected at checkout, you will be contacted via email for dates/times/location for you to pick up your purchase.
