SHOP POLICIES

Turn Around Times: Our family business is currently working hard as we grow to perfect our production times. Please allow up to 3 days for production turnaround plus shipping times. Although our production time can be as little as 1-2 days, it is really based on inventory if we have it on hand.

DTF Transfers TAT: All DTF singles and gang sheets are printed and shipped/set for pickup within 48 hours from payment. Most of them are out within 24 hours consistently.

Shipping/Tracking: Flat rate $7 shipping on all orders. This is standard shipping and typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Often times it can be much less. There will be an estimation delivery provided at checkout. Be sure to finalize your order before hitting send as we do not add on orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, nor do we have any control over shipping times. Please be sure to check your address to ensure it is being shipped to the correct location.

Local Pickup: Only available in San Diego, CA. We do not have a storefront. If selected at checkout, you will be contacted via email for dates/times/location for you to pick up your purchase.
